Many German companies receive a monthly BWA. Often, they also have a trial balance, open-item lists, account details or Excel exports. Yet the reporting process remains manual: data is exported, KPIs are calculated in Excel, comments are written manually and PDF reports are built by hand. The reporting logic builds on the foundation described in the guide to the [German BWA report](/en/blog/bwa-report-germany/).
This consumes time and creates inconsistent decision materials. The current approach is intentionally transparent: export-based workflows, setup sprint and pilot. Direct DATEV integration should only be claimed once it is actually implemented. DATEV is a third-party trademark of its respective owner.
